Hayden Panettiere "Annoyed" by Stalkers

Hayden Panettiere gets "annoyed" when fans stalk her.

The Heroes beauty -- who recently turned 19 -- understands why people might be interested in her, but finds it a little overbearing when people follow her around.

She explains, "You do get used to the fascination people have in you or the show but you never really get used to people stalking you.

"That's not something you are ever going to get used to. You just get more and more annoyed with it."

Meanwhile Hayden -- who is dating her Heroes co-star Milo Ventimiglia -- has refused to allow her mom to auction off her underwear.

For her new charity website, Panettiere Closet, the actress has been throwing up her used clothing in an effort to raise money for the Save The Whales Again campaign -- a partnership between The Whaleman Foundation and the Animal Welfare Institute.

But she insists her undergarments are off-limits.

She said, "You acquire a lot of stuff so I decided to put it on the website.

"Mom pulled out some embarrassing stuff, but I'm like, 'Just don't pull out my underwear!'"
