Keira Knightley Faints For Sympathy

Keira Knightley has a clever scheme to get sympathy when she is acting on set -- fainting.

The Duchess actress, 23, says if she feels the need to have some attention while she is strapped into a tight bodice for a period costume she elegantly passes out.

"If in doubt, faint," she jokes. "That's my advice. It gets you the sympathy vote, every time!"

Meanwhile, Knightley -- who was recently named Hollywood's second highest paid actress -- has beaten Kylie Minogue and Angelina Jolie to the title of World's Most Perfect Pout in a poll of 3,000 women.
