HOWARD Stern has married longtime girlfriend Beth Ostrosky.

The shock jock, 54, and Ostrosky, 36, tied the knot Friday at swanky NYC restaurant Le Cirque, the New York Post reports.

Donald Trump, Barbara Walters, Billy Joel, John Stamos, Sarah Silverman, Jimmy Kimmel, Kelly Ripa, Joan Rivers and his radio sidekicks, Robin Quivers, Artie Lang and Gary "Baba Booey" Dell'Abate, were among the guests.

Ripa's husband Mark Consuelos recited the vows.

"The vows were gentle and beautiful," Stern's pal, lawyer Dominic Barbara, said. "They talked to each other's hearts, promising to love one another which they already do. People were crying."

"Beth is the most beautiful bride I've ever seen," he added.

Ostrosky wore a Georgina Chapman-designed gown with a white, shawl-like wrap.

The wedding cake was plain vanilla with a molding of the couple's bulldog, Bianca, on top, another guest told the Post.

After 11 p.m., Rivers walked out holding a bouquet of cream roses. "I danced with Howard," she said. "The wedding was fabulous, everyone had a great, great time."

The ceremony follows a long engagement – and a change of wedding venue – for the couple.

In March, Ostrosky said they'd decided to revise their plans to get married in Hamptons and to have a city wedding instead. "We're going to get our friends together at a restaurant, very low-key," she said.

Stern first announced the engagement on his Sirius Satellite radio show on Valentine's Day last year.

When he proposed, Stern presented Ostrosky with a 5.2 carat diamond ring. "I love you. You're everything to me," Stern said he told her. "I'm asking you to spend the rest of your life with me."

This is the first marriage for Ostrosky and the second for Stern.
