TAYLOR Swift proved she’s not a lady to be messed with during her skit on last night’s Saturday Night Live.
In her opening monologue as a guest host, Swift took aim at ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas, who famously dumped her over the telephone.
And the Love Story hitmaker couldn’t resist a dig at controversial rapper Kanye West – who infamously hijacked her big moment at the MTV VMAS.
“I like writing songs about douchebags who cheat on me, but I’m not gonna talk about that in my monologue,” Swift sad. “I like writing their names into songs so they’re ashamed to go in public, but I’m not gonna say that in my monologue.
“You might think I’d bring up Joe — that guy who broke up with me on the phone, but I’m not gonna mention him, in my monologue.
“You might be expecting me to say something bad about Kanye and how he ran up on the stage and ruined my VMA… But there’s nothing more to say cause everything’s ok — I’ve got security lining the stage.”
Taylor — who is rumoured to be dating 17-year-old Twilight hunk Taylor Lautner — took to her Twitter account earlier this week to reveal her fears that she’ll have “a heart attack” when she makes her presenting debut.
“Starting the SNL process I kinda feel like I might have a heart attack or pass out in the pitch meeting. I’m that excited.(sic)” she wrote on the social-networking site.
