If you are a Star Wars fan there is no doubt you know by now that Han Solo played by Harrison Ford died at the hands of his own son Kylo Ren in the latest film ‘Episode VII – The Force Awakens‘. Death though as we know in the Star Wars franchise can sometimes only be the beginning.
Our spies caught up with Harrison while he was recently in L.A., and asked him flat out if he was now done with Star Wars or would his character make anymore appearances in future films Harrison says: “Han has definitely passed in the latest film, however he is not done with the Star Wars franchise and will be seen again.” We then asked if he could go into details. Harrison replied: “Not right now, but very soon.”
We have heard the rumors of Untitled Han Solo Star Wars Anthology Film but we are unsure if this is what he was talking about or not.
Either way this is great news to our ears, as growing up Han was/is one of the most loved characters of the juggernaut series. We have no idea if he will make an appearance in ‘Rogue One’, but after his recent comments we can guarantee he will at some point grace us with his presence again very soon.
Here is the latest trailer release for Rogue One set to hit theaters December 2016:
